Change Management
- Successful execution of a project or business strategy, regardless of size, is largely dependent upon how change is managed. Everyone involved in a project must understand the reason for the project, the expected outcome and their individual roles and responsibilities. NML has been involved in managing change at various levels within an organization. Our team building skills are one of our most valued assets.
- NML can develop an internal and external communication plan that keeps all associates and other stakeholders informed of progress in a timely manner.
- Ongoing meetings are conducted to report progress, concerns and obstacles. Project plans are modified accordingly and communicated through impacted areas.
- Change is sometimes very uncomfortable and can create anxiety and resentment between staff members and management. NML can help contain this situation by playing the role of a change agent that “owns” the strategy and associated initiatives along with implementation.
