Service Improvement Initiatives
- We are a healthcare centric company that understands the unique service requirements and associated performance expectations of a high functioning supply chain. Meeting or exceeding those expectations can sometimes be challenging. NML has the experience needed to identify service failures and repair them to help improve or re-build favorable relationships with end user “customers”.
