Webinar on Self-Distribution

National Medical Logistics invites you to attend a free one-hour webinar on self-distribution. During this presentation we will
- overview a basic self-distribution supply-chain model,
- identify its key components including necessary technologies and infrastructure needs,
- discuss some of the more common services,
- present some of the potential variations of the model,
- project capital requirements and pinpoint numerous value points which pay for the model,
- highlight collaboration opportunities, and outline enabling organization structures.
Finally we'll discuss the cultural, size and governance attributes necessary for a successful self-distribution model.
