As part of RUMC�s Transformation Initiative, NML will provide reengineering recommendations for key processes, space optimization support and implementation planning using industry best practices for medical/surgical product storage and replenishment processes. The Transformation Initiative includes RUMC applying combinations of optimal supply chain processes and technology including Automated Guided Vehicles, Point-of-Use systems, Low-Unit-of-Measure replenishment and Exchange Carts.
