Supply Chain Operating Metrics & Management
Many of the “off the shelf” supply chain metrics that are making their way through
healthcare have been developed by academia and are based on a culmination of data and
statistics collected from multiple organizations. Although they are good, NML understands
that when it comes to metrics; especially in healthcare, one size doesn’t always fit all.
NML along with your supply chain management team will collaboratively develop a customized
set of metrics. Each metric will be developed based on the following 4 basic principals;
Meaningful, Understandable, Measurable and Simple (MUMS). NML can assist with implementing
