Supplier Relations Value Negotiation Worksheet

We consider our manufacturers and other suppliers as valued supply chain partners and establishing a strong relationship with each of their organizations is an important and necessary aspect. We have developed a tool that is based on creating and maintaining a mutually beneficial partnership with those trading partners that is grounded in commitment, performance, data transparency and openness.

The Supplier Relations Value Worksheet is designed to improve supplier relationships and supply chain performance through best practice process design/deployment and efficient channel utilization—enhancing both companies’ ability to provide high quality service at the lowest total cost.

Following is an example of some of the operational elements that we will be requiring from our suppliers as well as those that IMAT will be providing in support of establishing a highly efficient trading relationship.

  3. Key supplier performance goal setting and measurements
  4. EDI transaction sets [850, 855, 856, 832]
  5. Fill rate commitments
Provided By Customer:
  1. Up-to-date information on product utilization changes
  2. Confidentiality commitment on item pricing
  3. Scheduled purchasing frequency schedules
  4. Key operational performance and measurement established
  5. Data quality/integrity
