Following is a high level snapshot of the analysis that stakeholders might pursue in order to provide a consistent and comprehensive evaluation that focuses on identifying the impact this transition may have on your organization as a whole.
- Read, review and complete the information contained in the questionnaire. This information will help us determine the areas of impact, special operating requirements, timelines, space and staffing needs and implementation effort. This information will also form the foundation of the business case content.
- Participate in an interview process with the Ancillary Services Team. This will provide you with an opportunity to ask questions regarding the initiative and this process. It will also be used to establish primary points of contact and ongoing communication protocols.
- Use the NPV spreadsheet to capture and project financial impact items from an implementation and ongoing operations [pro forma] perspective. Completing this exercise will help to ensure that some key financial elements are not overlooked.
- Utilize the business case document template [provided] to guide the development of your business case and justification effort. This will also provide a basis for the presentation that will need to be developed for the leadership team.
